HOW TO RENT

The villa is usually rented Saturday to Saturday, particularly in the high season.  On arrival, the villa will be available from 4pm and you are asked to vacate by 10am on the day you leave.  The villa will be cleaned for your arrival and sheets will be left in the house.  Sheets will be changed each week of your stay.

When the villa is rented a returnable deposit is paid to secure the booking against serious damage. Further details are provided before you leave, together with precise maps and on arrival the rent is paid in euros at the office of Ceigrup Torrent API in Estartit.  If you pay the agreed number of euros using a credit card, there will be a 1.5% additional charge, but not if you use cash.  If you wish to obtain euros immediately on arrival, the office is also a money change. 

On your return to the UK , send back the rent receipt, and provided there are no complaints from the party following you, your deposit will be returned within two weeks.
