Villa, Torre Gran, Estartit

The villa is set in a quiet residential area on the Torre Gran, less than 3km outside Estartit. It has a mature spacious garden containing rockeries and trees, and surrounded by hedges. There is plenty of room for parking. Tables and chairs are on the terrace and under the shade of trees, and there is a built-in barbecue area.

A swimming Pool and leisure area is included when you rent the villa.  There is a small gym also available. This is less than 5 minutes walk from the house, is never overcrowded, and has extensive areas for children to run about.

The kitchen has fitted cupboards, sink unit, gas hob and fridge.  A microwave is also provided.  Hot water to kitchen and bathrooms is supplied from an electrically heated unit.  Also the main bathroom with bath, basin, and wc.

The main bedroom (and view)

one double bedroom, en suite bathroom has a shower, basin and wc.  The bedroom includes fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers with mirror, light and shaving point over, double bed with bedside tables and lights.
